Westure culture supports the notion of getting ahead by working hard. Constant work, busy lives, and so many sources of stress leave us little time for rest and relaxation. Many of us may make a conscious decision to prioritize our own needs and allow time for self-care. Ironically, when we do so, our personal and professional effectiveness is multiplied.
Join us for a workshop in the Horse Play series.. Workshops are available in either half-day or full-day formats. The full-day allows for additional time for horse activities and exploration.
